I am so excited to be teaching TAG at Dolvin again this year! The 2023-2024 school year will be my 28th year teaching. I started my career as a Pre-K teacher in New York, then moved to Georgia and taught first grade in Dekalb County for four years. During that time, I found I had a passion for enriching the curriculum for those that needed it. This inspired me to earn my gifted endorsement and I began teaching the gifted program in 2000. I transferred to Fulton County in 2012. This will be my 24th year teaching gifted children and I love it!
This summer my husband, Chris, and I celebrated our 23rd wedding anniversary. We are blessed with two pretty awesome kids. Our daughter, Kristin, is a senior at Chattahoochee High School, and our son, Ryan, is a freshman. Our weekends are usually spent cheering on soccer, cross country, and track. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, reading, and traveling.
I look forward to an exciting year in TAG with your child! Please reach out with any questions at any time.
